Meet Alex “Price” Dalzell

Alex’s dance journey began at a young age, training in ballet, tap, and jazz. Inspired by her beloved Nan, who introduced her to musicals and live performances, Alex developed a lifelong love for music, movement, and storytelling through dance.

​

Over the years, her passion led her to explore a wide range of styles from the expressive energy of Hip Hop and Street Dance, to the empowering artistry of heels and feminine dancing, to a blending of multiple styles.

​

Each new chapter deepened her understanding of dance and strengthened her belief that movement is for everyone.

A qualified dance teacher with years of experience, Alex has spent years teaching both children and adults, from complete beginners discovering dance for the first time to advanced dancers honing their craft. She takes pride in creating a supportive, inspiring space where every dancer no matter their level can feel confident, expressive, and free.

Forever a student herself, Alex continues to learn, grow, and stay connected with the ever-evolving world of dance. Now, as she expands beyond one-to-one lessons into group classes again, she’s excited to welcome even more people into the Flexa Dance community a place to move, connect, and find joy through dance.
